A nourishing and relaxing practice with an intention to understand and manage emotions and daily stress.
Workshops menu: Hormones and stress, emotions, Introduction to yoga Nidra, Mindful physical practice (gentle and mainly static)
There is space for 6 people. No previous experience is required.
The tools will be explained and practised so that you can reuse them at home.
There is 2 summer workshops and each will complement each other.
